2. Services

InsightCo provides a range of digital services, including website development, graphic design, digital marketing, SEO, and branding solutions. Our specific obligations, including timelines, deliverables, and costs, will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging InsightCo’s services, you agree to the terms set forth in this document and any additional guidelines or rules that may be presented. This agreement shall govern our relationship and all future interactions unless otherwise revised.

4. Fees and Payment

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment schedules, and final payments, will be outlined in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to halt or suspend services in the event of non-payment. In such cases, all rights to delivered work may revert to InsightCo.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and website assets created by InsightCo remain the property of InsightCo until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, InsightCo will transfer intellectual property rights for any custom deliverables to the client, excluding pre-existing templates or components licensed to InsightCo.
InsightCo retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate project progress.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided materials, including images, text, and other content, do not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Confidentiality

Both InsightCo and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of the project.
This confidentiality obligation does not apply to publicly available information or information independently developed by either party.

8. Revisions and Feedback

InsightCo will outline a revision policy in the service agreement. Typically, a specified number of revisions is included within the project scope, with additional revisions available at an additional fee.
InsightCo will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client requests for changes; however, extensive alterations may be subject to additional fees.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

InsightCo makes no guarantees regarding increased traffic, sales, or specific outcomes from the services provided.
InsightCo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from errors or omissions in the content provided by the client or from technical issues with third-party services.
In no event shall InsightCo’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for services provided.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing. In the event of termination by the client, InsightCo reserves the right to retain any deposits or payments made.
If InsightCo terminates the agreement without cause, any prepaid amounts for uncompleted work will be refunded.

11. Amendments

InsightCo reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
